Overview: EARTH was appointed to act as property development advisor for the acquisition and redevelopment of Finsbury Square, London, EC2.
As promoter, EARTH assembled a team of high quality advisers to deliver the project. EARTH had discussions with a number of specialist event operators with a view to establishing an operator consortium joint venture agreement with a development investor.
