St Pancras Hospital Transformation Programme

Client: North London NHS Foundation Trust (formerly Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust).

Overview: Earth was appointed as commercial advisor and as Subject Matter Expert (SME), to the St Pancras Transformation Programme.

Scheme:

A two-phase transformation, of the St Pancras Hospital site in London’s Knowledge Quarter.

Phase one being the reprovision of new mental health facilities at the new Highgate East and Lowther Road hospital sites, thereby releasing land for the Oriel scheme. The new mental health facilities opened in July 2024. The Oriel scheme, being the new Moorfields Eye Hospital, is scheduled to open in 2027.

Phase two being the commercial redevelopment of the remainder site, in partnership with King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership.
