Overview: Earth is appointed as strategic property and financial advisor, to SEM in the UK.

Scheme:

• SEM is a Basel (Switzerland), based Charity with over 250 projects across Europe.  

• The Charity, through its projects, brings people together who want to change the way we work and live. The Charity removes land and buildings from commercial speculation, so that they can be accessible to those who may not otherwise have access. 

• Circa £2m capital restoration project, that will promote the Charity’s objectives, for the first time in the UK.
